Joy leads the team with strategic initiatives, goal setting, growth coaching and oversight of all facets of the business. She is dedicated to excellence for each member of the team. Joy’s leadership philosophy is “win/win” and leading with a servants heart. This thoughtful leadership approach allows each team member to thrive and achieve their individual goals, while creating a culture of support. Jeff is the “OG” agent on the team and gives back by teaching newer agents in the office. After many years of working as a Paramedic and helping others as a first responder, she understands the necessity of putting people first. Since becoming a real estate agent, she continues to make it her mission to help serve her client’s to the highest standards.
Between living and investing in various markets in the GTA and Southwestern Ontario, she makes sure to bring that experience and knowledge to the table. Catie brings three years of experience within the real estate industry to the Caetano & Loeffler Team. She has transitioned from the administrative role, to the role of Director of Operations. Catie is the back bone of our team and keeps things operating at the highest level. She is constantly improving our systems to ensure all our clients get the best service in the industry. Catie is currently pursing her real estate designation. When she isn’t running the team, Catie enjoys working outside, spending time with friends, casually watching shows while cooking or working out!
Crystal Kirk has been consulting and staging homes for 7 years. She absolutely loves what she does and prides herself and her team on their performance, compassion, and their true ability to do whatever it takes to make your home desirable for buyers.
Crystal and her team have done it all. From painting to packing, they really go above and beyond to assist their clients through their transition. Their desire is to alleviate any added pressure that comes with selling a home. Crystal has two beautiful daughters, a busy husband and equally loves her role as a “mom boss!”. Prior to having children she was a Project Manager. This was integral for her profession as a stager as this role requires extreme organization, people management skills and the highest level of communication. She and her team never disappoint and always make friends along the way! We can’t wait for you to meet them!
